Scientist's Notebook Annotation XML

Very similar to the SNEntryXML. It may have different header information, but the rest of it should be basically identical.

The only obvious gotcha that I can see is that you don't necessarily want Joe's annotation to Fred's entry to contain references to things that are on Joe's hard drive.
