Keith Schneider (www.rcbi.rochester.edu/~ks) Assistant Professor at the U of R's Rochester Center for Brain Imaging, gave a seminar in Summer 2006 on using the Psychophysics Toolbox with MATLAB. The course notes are very helpful and have excellent examples of PTB-3 code.
