Sue's Eye Tracker CALIBRATION GUI (for SUBJECT calibration)

Uses

  • Opening video files (.avi or .mat)
  • Viewing individual frames of eye and scene videos (forward/back 1 or 5 frames, GoTo frame...)
  • Selecting eye frames when person is fixating each point (start and end)
  • Selecting position in scene image of calibration point

Version 1 MatlabCalibGUI.ZIP

  • See above section, first 4 bullets - initial functionality

Version 2

  • calib_gui.zip: m files for calibrate_subject gui
  • MAJOR CHANGE - "Memory Efficient" version, does not read in entire video, reads in single image at a time.
  • Additional features: zoom in on scene point to select more precisely, added slider to advance through video ( Fixed a lot of bugs

Version 3

  • To come: button to open data structure from .mat file, button to create calibration mapping, button to open mini GUI to enter in frame indices to synchronize eye video, HD video AND data arrays.

Non-GUI files

  • calib_nogui.zip: m files for calibrating without gui and producing output video
  • Problems with memory, wrote files to just look at 9 frames from Eye video and 9 frames from HD video, produce calibration mapping and create output video with crosshair and transparent eye image overlaid.
